In Eastern Uganda, many young people and women are ready to work but lack the skills or opportunities to start. Our Skills Development & Economic Empowerment Program gives them a new path—one where they can learn, earn, and build a better future for themselves and their families. We focus on practical, hands-on training that leads directly to income-generating opportunities.

We offer vocational training in areas like tailoring, hairdressing, animal rearing, and small-scale trade. Participants gain not just technical skills but the confidence to use them. Alongside this, we provide entrepreneurship support—teaching the basics of business planning, budgeting, and customer service. It’s not about handing out money. It’s about equipping people to build their own income and independence.
