In the rural villages we serve, families often walk up to 8 kilometers just to collect water and even then, it’s not safe to drink. Children fall ill. Women lose hours each day on this exhausting task. Our Clean Water & Sanitation Program addresses these urgent challenges by bringing safe, reliable water sources directly to the heart of the community.
We begin by drilling boreholes where they’re needed most. These water points drastically reduce the time spent walking for water, allowing children to attend school and women to invest in income-generating activities. Beyond access, we ensure the water is clean and the infrastructure is built to last. Through community ownership and training, each borehole becomes more than a well it becomes a foundation for better health and stronger daily life.
Every girl deserves the freedom to pursue her education every day of the month. At the same time, we walk alongside women as they grow small businesses, learn leadership skills, and build stronger families. Through training in farming, savings groups, and vocational support, women gain not just income but agency. They begin to dream again, to lead, and to lift others. When a woman thrives, her family and community thrive too. That’s the heart of this program.
Help Her Stay in School. Help Her Rise.
